This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Philadelphia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I came into the Shop today with a few friends for lunch. We found the prices good for the portions, the shop itself a little small but not cramped, and the decor pretty modern-minimalist. The dumplings were tasty (try the duck!), but my steamed and seared dumplings were a little softer than I'd hoped- not the end of the world. My friends got fried ones and they were light gold and crisp but not crunchy, and that will be the way to go. The containers the food comes in look great for takeout, and the dining area was clean. Hands-off ordering means those with social anxiety have nothing to fear here. A solid choice for the price, and some tasty lunch offerings.

From the moment I walked in Bam & Cam treated me like family. I had the buffalo chicken dumplings (8/10) and the cheesesteak dumplings (10/10) and topped it off with the apple pie dumplings with ice cream! As a tourist I loved this place for quick service and the attention I got from the staff. Highly recommend!

My burger was burnt to a crisp, I don't even know how someone though this was okay to serve. I also had a side of the wagyu dumplings and they came with no sauce and they honestly tasted like trader Joe's frozen dumplings. I recommend going anywhere else.

I know y’all lying. Overpriced and simply overhyped. I placed a pick up order, 3 cheesesteak dumplings, 3 pork & cabbage dumplings and a cucumber salad, at best ok. They’re pretty small. The cheesesteak was ok but the pork tasted kind of weird. As for the cucumber there was no cucumber salad, they literally just put plain sliced cucumber in a bowl. I was right there when they packed the order! They could’ve told me they didn’t have any. I guess they didn’t say anything because they barely acknowledged my presence as I stood at the counter to pickup my order. I actually had to greet them after a few minutes of awkward silence. They were all on their phones. Overall not the best experience or food.
